It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Loretta Edwina Smaniotto (Mitchell). She is lovingly remembered by her four children Angela Dezall (Robert), Anthony Smaniotto (Christina), Valerie Duncan (Brent), Dominique Cooper (Craig), her twelve grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren. Known for her gentle kindness and an open heart, her honesty, warmth and unwavering love touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her. 

Funeral services will be held September 23, 2026, at 11:00 am at St. Luke’s Catholic Church (1556 Northmount Drive, NW, Calgary, AB).
